Check the fantastic champions in Ruger's lineage. This beautiful true black male is coming on stronger as he matures. His third fleece is impressive. No white fibers, beautiful structure, great density , uniformity and staple length. All of this should come as no surprise given the genetics behind this male. His sire, Quixotic is a renowned gray male that has produced numerous champions. Ruger's dam, Radiance's Riley, produced three cria for us before she was sold. All have exhibited bright fine fleece and perfect conformation. I guess what we are saying here is that with these very uniform and desirable characteristics from both sides of the family, we have every right to expect that Ruger will pass similar features on in his offspring. See the photo of Ruger's first cria. Bred to a white female he has produced this beautiful black male. The fleece is remarkably fine and dense. Since both farms have several females from the Quixotic line, we simply won't use Ruger as he deserves to be used. We would love to see him used to his potential.
