The Cycle Continues

Every year, just like the change of seasons, the cycle of the alpaca world continues. Right now, the alpacas fleeces are looking amazing. We find it very gratifying to open the fleece and see the beautiful bright crimpy bundles we love. Sometimes we even find some wonderful surprises when we look at some of the younger ones. I actually looked at Captain Midnight a few days ago and was quite impressed with the structure and density that is still very evident at age 10+.

5C's Circe Consigned to POC Auction

We have consigned this beautiful Captain Midnight daughter to the upcoming Parade of Champions Auction. Circe is the beautiful TB offspring of our very own 5C's Captain Midnight and the Spirit Wind's Sallay (TB Lancaster daughter). AOA National Alpaca Show

Cognac Retires from the Ring

Cognac finished his show career as the Res Champion male under esteemed Judge, Arturo Pena. He praised Cognac's density, brightness, staple length and elite structured fleece as well as his solid conformation . Since we have many other alpacas to show we have decided to retire Cognac to breeding. He's going to be a busy guy and we look forward to meeting his offspring.

3 AOA National Champions 2021

Cinco C's Alpacas is so proud to share that three of their upcoming herdsires gained national recognition at shows in 2021. Not surprisingly, our very own 5C's Captain Midnight was the sire of two of these males.

5C's Captain Cognac won the Color Champion Brown Male at the AOA National Fleece Show. This is not the first national banner for Cognac as his fleece won the Reserve National Champion Brown Males as a juvenile in 2020.

5C's Captain Booker was awarded the Colo
